Payment Policy

Payments are processed securely through standard methods. Our standard terms require a 50% upfront payment upon written approval of the quotation, with the remaining 50% due before the final submission.

Once you approve the quotation, you will be asked to make the initial 50% payment. Work on your project will begin immediately after we receive the initial payment.

For established clients, flexible payment terms may be available on a case-by-case basis, as we value long-term and reliable business relationships.

Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable in cases where there is an error in the quantities, as we guarantee 98–100% accuracy in all takeoffs.

  • If an error is identified, we are responsible to resolve it through unlimited revisions or issue a refund for that specific project.
  • Refunds are not applicable if the client requests money back without providing a valid indication of an error.
  • If we fail to meet our agreed commitments, we are liable to provide a full refund as per this policy.

We apply standard pricing in our estimates based on the zip code of the project location, but we strongly recommend that clients verify and adjust prices before submitting bids.

To ensure accuracy, the client must provide complete project details, including drawings, specifications, addenda, and all required technical documents necessary for the estimating service.
